"Needless to say, the cleanliness is very friendly and the information staff speak good English. You have to have a card key to use the elevator, so security is good. It's a bit far from the main street, but it's quiet and the view is good. It's still under development in front, so there are a lot of construction sites, but it'll be even better when it's developed. It seemed like a good idea, and I went early, but they let me check in early without saying anything. The pool was nice, the breakfast was very delicious, and there were a lot of kinds of bread!
The saying that it's good value for money seems to be what they're talking about here! I am very satisfied that the bedding is in good condition and all the dishes are prepared in the kitchen. It is nice to have a beer on the terrace, and the Bluetooth speaker is also good!!!🫶🏻🫶🏻 I am much more satisfied than the 200,000-300,000 won per night accommodation!"

"The location is a relatively peaceful area in the old district of Halong Bay. It also has the advantage of being quiet and not bothering. Downstairs Vietnamese noodle shop, intestine noodles, shrimp cakes and glutinous rice restaurant are all authentic Vietnamese daily. The four-star hotel of the National Tourism Administration of Vietnam is very good in terms of hygiene and equipment. The Chinese and English skills at the front desk were still weak."

"Хороший отель. Располагается в 5 минутах от порта. До пляжа далековато, минут 20. В отеле чисто, завтраки на выбор. На ресепшене можно поменять доллары. Рядом с отелем парк с аттракционами и аквапарк но всё было закрыто думаю что из сентябрьского тайфуна. Город вообще как после войны из за него, но всё восстанавливают. В общем хороший не дорогой отель на пару дней"

"My family enjoyed ourselves very much on Rita Cruise which we were switched from Alisa cruise on Ha Long Bay due to unforeseen circumstances. We were promptly informed by Mr Tony Pham, C.O.O. of the company. Transportation from hotel till check-in was smooth. Mr Alex and Mr Happy on Rita cruise made sure all guests were taken care of during the cruise. Food was plenty and well prepared. Activities were reasonable and varied. Kayaking and caves viewing in a boat were enjoyed by all. I had an experience in cooking class on board. My hubby and daughter had fun in squid fishing. The presidential suite we stayed in was amazing. I enjoyed the jacuzzi,massage chair and having fun at the mini golf on the balcony. It was a memorable and unforgettable trip for us. Thank you to Mr Tony for the souvenirs and for constantly checking to make sure we are fine. The gesture is very much appreciated. Check out these cruises if ever in Hanoi."

"If you're planning to do Sun world or Halong bay cruise trip ( which main thing to do) it is little bit far both from location. I would rather stay near Tuan Chau area if I knew everything is in Tuan Chau. I could not find good eateries around the place. Location-wise it's close to Halong market. Facilities are fine and friendly receptionist. Roof top bar is eeeeempty."

Perfect
CChin Chun HsiaoI participated in this three-day, two-night trip alone with my two children. Before the trip, the online service staff informed me that it was suitable for children and assured me that I could enjoy the journey.
The communication and transfers from Hanoi to the cruise ship were excellent! We arrived in Hanoi at 07:00, but were exhausted and rested in a cafe. Even though we changed our pick-up location on the same day, the luxurious shuttle bus still safely transported us to the pier.
During the trip, I am very grateful to all the staff on the Le Journey Luxury Cruise, especially Mark, who took care of us for three days and two nights, and Owen, who took us to Viet Hai Village on the second day. They were thoughtful and provided us with a sense of adventure while ensuring our complete safety. I loved the Lan Ha Bay itinerary, including cycling through the fields, experiencing the amazing fish foot massage, kayaking freely in Lan Ha Bay to explore caves, and walking on the fine sand of the mysterious white beach. Thank you!
The cruise room was spacious, comfortable, and fragrant! We could fully immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. The sailing was comfortable, and I loved the cruise route selection, which allowed us to get closer to the beautiful scenery and escape the hustle and bustle.
The food on the cruise was also excellent! Whether it was the buffet at lunch, the set menu at dinner, or the set menu at Viet Hai Village, everything was delightful and full of surprises!
I highly recommend the Le Journey Luxury Cruise three-day, two-night itinerary for families with children. The activities, such as cycling in Viet Hai Village and the fish massage, made it an unforgettable adventure for the kids!

TThe Sean FamilyThe cruise is very nice and clean. The room is spacious and has very nice view. The service is good. They have activities for guests to enjoy like kayaking, cooking class, and dark and bright cave visit. The food provided is somehow decent for me comparing to the price I paid. For 2 days 1 night, they provided a buffet lunch, a set menu dinner and light breakfast and brunch on Day 2. But overall, it was a good experience.

GGuest UserVery good quality hotel. Clean and comparable to a decent 5-star hotel chain. Excellent amenities including sky bar, rooftop pool, spa, gym. Breakfast was also very good. Staff were helpful throughout. Bai Chay is a good location for booking a sightseeing cruise to the HaLong Bay islands as the boat harbour is close by. There are many restaurants and local shops adjacent to the hotel, although not much regards western-type restaurants or bars. Overall great value for the price 👍

EErickWonderful 2 nights stay at the DelaSea hotel. What I enjoyed most was the staff as they were all so caring and helpful. Highly professional. From the reception with Hoa taking special care of me not to mention ”Alice” and the others. Same at the restaurant. From the manager to the supervisors to the staff. I can't name them all here but they made my stay very special. Food was really good. Staff attention was ”phenomenal”. The room was great (I got one on the top floors facing the bay) and despite being a very noise sensitive person I slept very well. No loud music noise (it was on a weekend early November). The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was not noisy though very efficient. Good shower. I did not use the swimming pool but it looked great. By the way I was told that taking photos from the bay at sunset from the swimming pool is ”the thing to do” :)
I can only praise the staff and the management for the wonderful hospitality even when super busy with big groups (which was the case during my stay).
Based on my personal experience I definitely highly recommend the DelaSea hotel and it will be my choice next time I am in Ha Long.

GGuest UserRoom is superb clean. Facilities are good. Location wise is far from tuan chau harbour & Bay chai harbour. Do not trust the transport that arrange by hotel's lady! Is not even taxi nor hotel's car, is a personal car who trying to charge high price. (1) We requested hotel to pick us up at 14km away from. Pre-comunicate via WhatsApp is 200k vnd, and when we arrived hotel, the guy intend to charge us 250k vnd but lastly we show him supporting proof & called hotel then only allowed 200vnd. (1) we also ask the hotel lady to book taxi from hotel to 6.1km away for where our bus pick us. Same guy again, with same trick. We ask the lady how much will be the cost , she ask us not to worry as is meter will 1km 12k vnd. Then we insist and the price range then she mentioned range 100k-150k. When end of the trip. We are asking to pay for 150k vnd without using meter. Conclusion, very nice & clean hotel but do not ask hotel reception for taxi. Or if want, insist them to book a proper taxi for u with pre-agree price. Not personal type car.

HHarriet MayA beautiful hotel with absolutely stunning views of Halong Bay. We were in a twin room on the 12th floor which was quiet at night, with an incredible view of the bay and overlooking the pool - possibly the best view I’ve ever had. The service was great and the staff all very polite, friendly and helpful. There is good variety in the restaurants and prices are reasonable for what you receive. We also took full advantage of the grand spa, which offers a full range of treatments at a reasonable price. The spa staff could possibly have been a touch more professional (there was giggling which wasn’t totally appreciated) and the reflexology was much more of a leg massage, however we still enjoyed our treatments and for the price versus time of treatments we were happy. Location of the hotel is beautiful and away from the busy hustle and bustle of the city, though this means taxis are necessary in order to get anywhere. Hotel staff are very happy to help you organise these taxis though which made things very accessible. Overall a lovely stay and I would certainly stay here again.

GGuest UserA hotel located in a ghost town in a new city. Of course, it is free from motorcycle and vehicle noise. Instead, they are free from restaurants and convenience facilities. The facilities are a clean hotel in a new building, but it is not very crowded, so it feels like there is a shortage of staff. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop, but it is not maintained and seems to be lacking in various aspects of the staff. I was embarrassed because the blanket was a single layer. There are a lot of mosquitoes around.

YYee11I recently had the pleasure of sailing through Ha Long Bay with Dora Cruise as Doria Cruise not able to complete it time, but the company helped to transferred and provide some discount and it was an unforgettable experience!
The Dora cruise ship was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They transferred us to the Executive Suite, with its spacious luxury and stunning views of the emerald waters.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They beautifully decorating our suite with flowers for my birthday, making it feel like a real celebration.
And if that wasn't enough, they even surprised me by also presented me with a delicious birthday cake during dinner, complete with candles and singing! It was such a lovely touch and made my birthday truly special.
The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for all dietary needs. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of activities (kayaking, swimming, visiting caves) and relaxation time. Ha Long Bay's breathtaking scenery left us in awe.
Overall, I highly recommend Dora Cruise for an exceptional Ha Long Bay experience! Their attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to making every guest feel special are truly exceptional.
