"The hotel is located in a quiet and noble area, with a large bathroom, complete facilities, and very good front desk service. The restaurants in the lobby are all excellent, especially the Italian restaurant. The shrimp pasta tastes great, the salad is also very good, and the price is reasonable. There is a small band playing on weekends, which is a surprise. There is also a city tour bus stop at the door, which is convenient for tourists. If you go to Hamburg, stay at this hotel."

"Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, close enough to the train station but in a nice part of town with several restaurants and shops close by. The room was light and modern and very comfortable. But the corridors leading to the rooms are so dimly lit that they are almost in darkness. I presume this is to save electricity but it didn't look very nice and for safety reasons as a lone female traveller it would have been better to actually light the corridors properly so you can see. The reception desk never seemed to have enough staff and I always had to wait about 7 or 8 minutes to talk to someone. But otherwise I had a very pleasant stay"

Very Good
CCorinnaGThe hotel is in a relatively good location. Speicherstadt, the main train station and the city center are all within walking distance. The breakfast is really varied and super tasty. The staff are very friendly.
However, the rest is not really worthy of 5 stars. We stayed in the business rooms because we had to work there for a day. In addition to the significantly smaller size of the rooms and different pictures than those stated when booking, the internet was unfortunately unusable. Too little quality so that team calls were not possible. I then had to switch to my personal hotspot. The gym is super small and only partially well equipped and the spa area unfortunately did not answer my queries at all. Anything can happen and each of them is not a big drama. At the same time, it is a 5 star hotel where you can have corresponding expectations.
The long, black hair in the bed after the room was cleaned was the last straw for us (we reported it to reception). It is a solid hotel, but for the price and standards we would probably not go there again.

IIngaHostel has good location, just near train station, very clean, with everyday cleaning, nice reception and a lot of additional services.
Only one minus - is very small toilet and shower in the room. It's impossible to move there and especially during the night.

Хороший хостел, чистый и достаточно уютный. На ресепшене очень приветливые сотрудницы, все рассказали и подсказали. Уборка в номерах производилась каждый день.
Единственный минус - очень маленький душ и туалет, не развернуться, наверное лучше было бы сделать туалет и душ на этаже, но нормальных размеров.
Хостел советую, как бюджетный вариант с отличным расположением!

PPHILLIP JAMESAs stated on the website, this hotel is directly opposite the Hamburg Railway Station and this adds to hotel being super handy to all attractions in Hamburg. Also the double decker tours buses leave from the station area. The main LGBTQ bars are also near here. (15 mins walk) My room was located in the middle of the building, so there was no street noise. However, the view was internal - between two buildings and there was very little natural light coming in. The room has no air-conditioning, so during the day it can be a little hot here in summer, but this was not a problem during the evening.. The hotel uses keys not electronic cards, so a little inconvenient. However, the biggest highlight was the included breakfast. Excellent selection of hot and cold dishes updated regularly by hotel staff. There are definitely cheaper places in Hamburg with better room facilities, but the location will always be a winner.

Сам отель удивил спокойным чистым но ером в дополнительно зданни с балконом во внутренний двор, но в номере нет ни холодильника ни столовых принадлежностей. Есть халаты и тапочки. В общем можно рекомендовать если район устраивает (15 минут пешком до главного ЖД вокзала).

TTW20242 elevators work well. Sorry for my mistake in previous review I thought 1 didn’t work. I pressed the wrong button. 1 brings you down the breakfast area and the working space which look very bright, colorful and energetic. 1 brings you down near the Reception area. They sell coffee in the Lobby too.
The housekeeping staff never cared if I put up the Do Not Disturb sign. He just opened the room without knocking. Another male staff the next day also knocked my door when I put up that sign again. They want to empty the trash daily. I used my nail and could take out the black mold in the shower room wall. They should brush the walls and brush the area around the drainage in basin.
You can use the microwave, electric kettle and pan to cook your foods in the Guest Kitchen. Saw the laundry room but don’t know if that is free.
Can walk for 2 km to visit the famous Elbphilharmonie. Get a free ticket at the entrance, go up the long escalator and view the city.

AAnoulackThe location is good for those who stay only a few nights. There is no air conditioning, and during summer it can be hot, so we had to open the window, which I don't mind. However, it was very loud at night. Because the hostel is huge and has a lot of rooms, the whole night was filled with the sounds of people knocking next doors, traffic, and general noise.

four to six people in around 20m² is a challenge. the beds are stable (no squeaking, no swaying), the mattresses are firm, comfortable and clean, as are the bed linen and the towel... unfortunately not for me: in the front area of the room there are two single beds, almost cozy. but then the praise ends. the sink in the room is not to be used, the drain water remains for minutes, and when it has drained away it smells rotten. the bathroom, actually well equipped, has a mold problem in the shower cubicle and needs to be renovated, paint is peeling off over large areas. the room has a smell mixture of foot odor, armpit sweat, garlic and deodorant spray... the window behind one of the beds can only be tilted if the person in the bed wants it to, but they usually don't. But the lights were not allowed to be turned off at night. ”Hell, that's the others”, snoring, night-time ”lectures”, obsessive packing, unpacking and repacking, rumbling, infernal crunching, smacking, slurping, grunting and moaning until the early morning. Cell phones apparently only work at maximum volume... an atmosphere that makes requests for quiet seem pointless and risky. The communal areas (partially broken billiards and table football, snack and coffee machines, power sockets and USB charging ports) are uncomfortable, i.e. mostly deserted. I know hostels in Austria and Spain, this one was not ”average” but uncool.

YYONGThere is parking lot, service is OK, check out is 11 o'clock. Very unfriendly, not knocking the door without explaining the reason, unable to communicate in English, except the front desk. The facilities are very poor. The room is small and not as good as a small hotel in the country.
