"Musky smell in the entire building, dim lighting and pretty shady looking from the outside. Small room. Bedsheets weren’t very clean and some stains were visible. Toilet is bare minimum."

"Sadly noticed there is no housekeeping after 10 or 11pm .
Another feedback is hotel location that is secluded n dark and round a corner. If traffic light can be installed before a bend, to encourage drivers to slow down would be safer for all crossing over the road"

"The apartment is quite clean. However we got a room at Tower A facing the high way. So at night, u can hear very loud car noise pass through. So if you are a light sleeper, better message the owner not to give a house near highway. It would be great to have water dispenser in the house. Shower amenities are not labelled. It would be best to label what is inside the bottles. No toothbrush provided. There is washing machine with free power detergent which is good. No bathroom mat is provided therefore bathroom floor is always wet after showering which could lead to fall. The view is awesome."

GGuest UserWe were early and completed the check in process and were told to come back later to collect our room keys but when we did, the reception couldn't find our keys, we had to ask different staff to help but they were busy as there were many guests and they forgot bout us. The hotel room was decent but aircon wasn't working well for our room, it was warm and the water heater doesn't work in the morning for our room too and the housekeeper forget to provide us with the small towel on our second night Other than that generally it is still a good place to stay as it is connected to mid valley. Very convenient. The security staff at the counter for luggage deposit were very friendly and gave us shopping bag for shopping.

JJimbeiUnit is very new. Unblocked sea view. Super satisfied with the unit cleanliness and facilities. Aircon in all 3 rooms+living room, ceiling fan in all 3 rooms and living room. All utensils, microwave, fridge, gas stove and pots and pans, plate, cutleries, washing machine etc are all provided and clean. The only feedback would be a slippery floor in the bathroom and one of the room don't have power point next to the bed. Other than that, I'm fully satisfied and definitely will come back again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at LEGOLAND Hotel Malaysia from 3rd to 5th May 2025 to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The entire experience was magical for our family!
The themed room was fun, vibrant, and perfect for kids. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure our celebration was smooth and enjoyable. Our daughter had an unforgettable birthday with lots of joy, surprises, and LEGO adventures.
Thank you, LEGOLAND Hotel, for making her special day even more memorable. We look forward to coming back again!

AAndrew JohnHave been looking for a reasonably priced room in JB close to Komtar. $50 rooms seem bad and $100+ seems needed for a good room.
Was looking through google maps and chanced up on Fives.. The pics looked good and limited negative reviews. I chanced booking a night which was actually cheaper booking through the Google maps link to trip.com rather than booking direct with trip.
Entering the reception, it was well presented, the checkin staff were friendly and there was a convenience store open until 2am, with a bar and live band next door.
I was staying on level 10. The corridor was clean and fresh. My room was very clean, fresh bedding, clean towels, small safe in room, decent size TV but not a great selection of channels. Provided coffee, tea, water, toothbrush, etc…
The blackout curtains in the room were good. Woke at 9am and the room was still dark.
I’ll definitely be staying at Fives again..

MMs GluttonRoom is abit run down but it was spacious. There are 2x free mineral bottles provided in the room and has a water dispenser at the lift lobby. Location is perfect as it is above KSL mall so food are nearby and walkable distance.

However, location is a little bit further from city centre despite an hourly shuttle bus run to the city. If you plan to visit to legoland or as a medical tourism to Gleneagles, this hotel is really worth to spend your day as the closest proximity

GGuest UserStayed here for 1 night. Great experience!! Front desk staff and security guards were all very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. The bed is very firm and comfy. Pillows are good too (not the soft and flat type at all) Overall I had a very good impression of the hotel and it was a lovely 1 night stay. Will definitely come back again!

During sahur the hotel still sent to our room 2 set sahur breakfast. Need to call reception counter to request another pax. Hermmm

JJoeTmVery basic hotel near City Square. To reach the hotel, you can go through the Zenith lifestyle mall opposite Komtar on the 2nd floor and turn left. The streets are brightly lit and some eateries still opened so I don't feel unsafe. Stayed for just 1 night. Room was not very big but sufficient for 1 person. Tv has Sg channels which was a plus for me. Shower gel n shampoo does not feel good, so I used the soap instead. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was consistent. Drinking water can be obtained at the water dispenser. No toilet paper provided when I checked into the room and took a while for them to deliver after my request.
