"This hotel and ****** was really nice. Thank God it's off of the *****. The room that was selected for me was okay. The eyes on the wall was a little creepy, but it was okay. I don't like the fact you couldn't use the refrigerator in the room without being charged. That shouldn't be an issue. So if you get a room at the Palms, bring a cooler, because the refrigerator is off limits unless you want to pay for it."

"Service: I called the front desk several times from the room to report the lack of shower gel in the bathroom, but no one answered. I had to go to the front desk in person to report it before someone would handle it."

"It is a pure hotel building, there is no ***, so it is very quiet. The farthest south hall from the convention center is only a 10-minute walk. It's a 10-minute taxi ride and a 20-minute walk from the ***** center. 15 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast has fixed varieties every day. Scrambled eggs sausage bread milk cereal fruit. It is a very suitable hotel for business travel, but the only terrible thing is that it can't even connect to the wifi😅, and the hotel staff can't connect to various operations... a fly in the ointment!"

"The Mandalay Bay has all the amenities you need to be comfortable and relaxed. It has many restaurants to choose from and the selection is amazing. The location is was perfect for us because we just wanted to relax and enjoy the beautiful view from our suite. We called for TV repair and the technician quickly came to fix the issue. We ate dinner at the House of Blues and enjoyed live music, and enjoyed breakfast at the cafe. "

"The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas is to me the best hotel in Las Vegas and one of the finer hotels in the country. We choose it partly because it is dedicated to a luxury stay without all the commotion of the casinos. The staff is great and attentive from the moment you arrive. Even before you arrive there’s a welcome message from the staff to assist you with your arrival. The rooms are beautiful and along with the upgrades for Hilton Diamond members, every amenity is well appointed. The food is great, and the pool and spa are perfect without all of the crowds that you see at other hotels on the strip. This is truly a gem and oasis in the heart of Las Vegas and always our go to when in town."

"It was good stay. On arrival, although there were so many people, Jaye in the front desk was very kind and good with warm welcome, and the room and facilities was comfortable. Many shops and restaurants were in or near the building, it was also convenient. Thank you."

"Overall is good for this hotel.  Reception: the male staff is nice but he didn’t beg bugs as we are worry about it.  He called to housekeeping and ask for it.  Finally, we got the room and everything is fine. For Car park/valet service: the valet staff said it’s same price with self parking. Finally it was poor on his approach.  Self packing is $18 per overnight (1 day). Valet is $40 per overnight. Anyway, Valet area is more safety, if you wanna keep safety, I recommend it. Only the staff approach is poor.  For room: excellent bedroom even though the Boulevard is little bit old wing. The size is good. The view we can see Paris hotel 😂 nice.  For house keeping: it’s not good for the lady on house keeping, around 09xx, she entered the ring and check any people is checked in . Don’t know why she didn’t know the room has people. So annoying.  The cleanliness: very good I can say. Suitable for people to pay higher price for recommendation."

"One of the best hotel in Las Vegas strip!!!👍 Room are excellent, space, facilities, full length window LV view w/ motorised curtains & Coffe machine in the room(2 thumbs up) The staffs are marvelous & friendly a true fortune of this hotel. We enjoyed as well the free tram ride to other MGM partner hotel. I can't find any fault or negative comment for Aria. You have a very good standard and please keep it up always!!! We dearly love our stay in your hotel & we highly recommend to anyone. Well Done Aria!!! Salute😉❤️💖🫶🥰👌👍✌️"

"We got a room with a view of the pool, we also upgraded it, but it was completely different from the previous one. At check-in, we were misled, which turned out to be on the final invoice. They added 2 Red Bulls, but after my intervention they were removed. And an additional fee in addition to the tax for the upgrade, 56 USD for each day! There are no flip-flops after bathing. The windows do not open"
