Hotel Casablanca

Hi, I just got back from 8 days at this hotel and I'm already starting to miss it 😩 Beautiful hotel very clean, maids do excellent hard work bravo👍🏻🫶🏻👌🏻 Breakfast service, reception excellent, very tasty breakfasts, dinner paid extra plus drinks but I think it was a good price because I ate with my family in the city and the bills were higher or even much higher 🤔🙄🫣 If someone is going there this month, you have to know that it is very 🥵 🔥 and it is best to spend the afternoon in the pool, I will point out that it is very clean, good job by the gentleman who works hard every morning, and he makes sure that the guests feel good when using it.👌🏻 Mallorca is not a cheap holiday destination, but in fact, there is probably no other cheap place in Europe 🤔🙄🫣 The view from the terrace was beautiful, especially in the evenings 🤩🤩🤩 The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. I missed some music by the pool. It was in the bar but very discreet. I had to use music from my smartphone. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday time there, for which we would like to thank the entire staff of this hotel 👌🏻🫶🏻👌🏻

Just returned home yesterday from my 3rd visit to this gorgeous hotel. As usual the hotel was spotless and the pool area was immaculate with plenty of sun-beds available even later in the afternoon. A new thing this year was a small fridge and safe included in the rooms which other years you had to hire them . Staff are so friendly and helpful especially Tracey in the restaurant, always friendly and helpful. Booking our 4th visit in the next week for 2026.

Arrived at the Casa Blanca for a 5 night stay, check-in was easy and the staff were pleasant. Room: We booked a standard room, which was exactly that, absolutely fine for what we needed but could be a bit small for a longer stay. Room was clean with a traditional style decor and a/c. It had a wardrobe, dressing table, small TV and small fridge, the beds were comfy with spare pillows in the cupboard. The bathroom was very small, with a shower over bath which was very tight to get into, especially if you are on the larger side. The water flooded the floor every time you showered, which is quite dangerous and very slippy! There was complimentary shower gel on the wall and a hairdryer. Restaurant: Fantastic outdoor dining on the terrace with lovely views. Basic selection of food, but something for everyone, however kids could struggle to find a filling meal or if you're a fussy eater. Drinks were pricey compared to the local bars, which indirectly forced people to spend elsewhere. Pool & Pool Bar: Steep steps to the pool however there were plenty of sunbeds, no need to save a bed or do the mad AM rush! Pool and pool bar were very clean with a ping pong table in the shade and light music during the day. Entertainment: Jet 2 advertised occasional evening entertainment but we didn't see any entertainment for the duration of our stay. If drinks were cheaper and they had entertainment guests would spend more time at the hotel and spend more money. Location: Great location as a base, only 30 mins transfer from the airport, so even better for a long weekend stay. Restaurant and shop opposite the hotel or a short 10 minute walk down hill to the beach, bars and restaurants. Note, guests with mobility issues could struggle with this hotel. Complimentary Shower Room: The hotel offers 2x complimentary shower rooms to use for 30 mins on the day of your departure, as checkout is at 11am - Bookable on checkout. It's a great addition to have and it was even better then the bathroom in our room! Secure luggage room available to use if you have a late departure. Conclusion: Lovely traditional hotel, in a good location, ideal for short breaks or a base if you just need somewhere to stay. Not suitable for those with mobility issues due to steep steps to the pool and hills both ends of the road to access the main resort. Food is as expected for a 3* but could find it hard to find something for fussy eaters or children. Drinks could be cheaper to retain guests to spend more on site.

We were a bit worried when we saw the previous review but we need not have worried. Our room is nice and clean and the beds are some of the most comfortable hotel beds we have slept in. The food is very nice always piping hot with a reasonable choice. One quirky thing is a few times we have been visited by several ducks who decided they were going to have a quick dip in the pool. The price of drinks in the hotel are similar to surrounding bars. My one gripe about the hotel is the walls are quite thin so can hear your neighbours sometimes. You are only a couple of minutes away from the nearest beach which is surrounded by shops and bars. For a no nonsense breakfast or lunch I can highly recommend Churchill’s bar, which is about 3 mins away.

I’d an absolutely lovely 9 days at hotel Casablanca. The staff were exceptional, especially Roxanna and Felix who always had a smile and a friendly hello. The buffet in the evening was only top class with a wide and varied menu every evening.

Hotel Casablanca is a nice comfortable hotel in a good location. Whilst the hotel is a bit old fashioned in its decor and furniture and the bedrooms are basic, for a 3 star hotel it's still very good. The staff are all great so friendly and helpful, the hotel and pool are spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. The pool area is a quiet and chilled out space and there's no problem getting a sunbed. We went on a half board basis and found the food to be plentiful and varied , something for everybody's taste. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach shops bars restaurants etc so it was a great location. We had an evening flight home and check out is at 11am but the hotel offer a courtesy room that you can use for 30 mins free of charge to shower and change etc and leaving your luggage securely locked up too, which was great ! I'd definitely recommend it and will return again to this Hotel.
