Great location, just within the ‘old town’ and a stone throw from the main Piazza and the famous Arena. The railway station is approx 20 minute walk, and flat pavements (in case you are dragging luggage). The hotel is really nicely appointed, rooms are spotless, and it has some really nice restaurants literally at the front door. The staff were ok, but a smile or two would go a long way, as they always seemed to have the world on their shoulders and not giving customers any sense of being welcome. The breakfasts were super, with a many choices. It’s self service, but doesn’t lack anything for guests. The TV in the room has no channels such as Sky News/CNN etc, but are internet enabled if you want to log onto YouTube etc. In short, great location, well priced, super breakfasts - just a smile or two from the staff would make this a 5 !

I had read reviews before I went and was anxious about accommodation , staff etc This was my first trip to Italy and Verona is certainly a beautiful and historic town to experience a first time trip to this beautiful country On arrival to hotel Europa we were met by the hotel manager .The first room offered was disappointing as the room window was facing a adjoining white wall However the manger changed the room for me very kindly Some reviews pointed out the staff were not friendly I would argue they respect your privacy and are not fluent in English and therefore may appear offish They are professional and efficient The accommodation was very clean and the bed very comfortable The hotel is in the center of Verona very near and walkable to everything I would return and I have recommended to family Thank you hotel Europa for a pleasant stay

I stayed in the hotel for several days and experienced hospitality and wonderful people. I would recommend this amazing hotel to everyone . Also, the breakfast was delicious. The view from the terrace was amazing . The hotel is located right in the heart of the city.

Hotel Europa in Verona had a perfect location for a city adventure. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed everything about our stay and couldn't ask for a better stop on our trip. We were really happy with this hotel. The only minor issue was that getting into the hotel was a bit tricky due to the many one-way roads, but it wasn't a major problem. All in all, it was a fantastic experience.

A very small hotel with an excellent location. Proximity, about 100 m from Convention center and Arena. Safe, a lot of good restaurants, coffee bars and night life. Room: Not exactly as I expected. Too small, with no safe deposit (I had a lot of jewellery), and very bad bed ( severe back pain after 3 days). But, nice bathroom and accesories, all very nice quality. Reception: after "tension" on check-in, turned to be quite nice and i was offered a complimentary breakfast on the checkout.

Very clean and Comfortable hotel with good breakfast right in the heart of Verona’s center. They handled a small issue quickly and efficiently. Their staff is very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. We would certainly stay here again

The Hotel Europa in Verona is a very nice hotel with a helpful staff. It has a garage that the manager does an amazing job of helping guests place their cars in. One thing to be aware of about Verona -- there are a very great many one-way streets. It took a long time figuring out how to access the hotel with our car. In fact, when we arrived at the corner of the street on which the hotel is located, we discovered that cars were not supposed to drive down it. My husband stayed in the car while a walked 100 feet or so to the hotel for information about parking. The manager let us know that cars going to the hotel can drive down the street, so I walked in front of our car to the garage, letting people know that a car was coming (!) because it had to. Be sure to take taxis getting around in Verona. Driving is a nightmare!

We stayed for one night as we were attending an event at the Arena. The hotel is very close. Check in was easy and the room easy to find. It was a small room but fine for one night. The mattress was far too soft, I ached the next day as it gave no support. One thin sponge pillow was also not supportive. Breakfast was available with a basic selection of continental items. If you are visiting just the Arena and like a very soft bed and a thin pillow, then this hotel is perfectly situated and you will be happy here.

Il 12 è 13 aprile io con mio marito, avendo accompagnato mio figlio a Bussolengo, abbiamo deciso di trascorrere in questo hotel il fine settimana. Siamo arrivati a mezzanotte inoltrata, ci ha accolto alla reception un signore gentilissimo. La sua posizione vicinissima all'arena è circondata da bar dove poter mangiare o bere qualcosa, aperti fino a notte fonda. La camera dell'hotel non è grande, ma confortevole , alla fine non devi trascorrere tanto tempo. La colazione è completa e soprattutto di ottima qualità. Personale sorridente e gentile. Ritornerei sicuramente .
